The final rate is confirmed according to destination and parcel size before payment.
Please inspect your fabric when it arrives. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us by WhatsApp or email promptly with your order details and clear photos.
Once fabric has been cut to your requested length, it cannot usually be returned unless it is faulty or supplied incorrectly. We recommend ordering a swatch when colour, handle or weight is critical.
Approved issues are resolved through replacement, credit or another practical solution agreed with our team.
